Welcome to Redemption Cards LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Redemption Cards website, online store, and any related services, features, content, products, and transactions (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. BUSINESS INFORMATION

Redemption Cards LLC may also be referred to throughout these Terms as "Redemption Cards," "we," "us," or "our."

2. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or another customer's account.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
  • Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar technology to access the Site without our written permission.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use another person's payment information or account without authorization.
  • Attempt to purchase products for the purpose of circumventing quantity limits or other purchase restrictions.
  • Engage in activity that could damage, overburden, or impair the Site or our ability to serve other customers.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.

However, we do not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, packaging, printing, configuration, or appearance.

For trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, and similar merchandise, product condition may vary based on the manufacturer's packaging and production process.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including errors caused by typographical mistakes, technical issues, supplier pricing changes, or other errors.

If an item has been purchased at an incorrect price due to an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the amount actually paid.

5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected by you.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of your order.

Redemption Cards reserves the right to accept, limit, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Duplicate or unusually large orders
  • Resale or purchasing activity that violates our policies
  • Shipping limitations
  • Manufacturer or distributor restrictions
  • Errors in product information
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

6. QUANTITY LIMITS

Certain products may be subject to quantity limits.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, household, billing address, shipping address, payment method, account, or other identifying information.

Attempts to circumvent quantity restrictions may result in cancellation of affected orders.

 

7. TRADING CARDS AND COLLECTIBLES

Trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, and similar merchandise are sold based on the product description and condition stated at the time of sale.

For sealed products, Redemption Cards is not responsible for manufacturer defects, factory collation issues, missing hits, print defects, packaging defects, or other issues originating from the manufacturer.

Redemption Cards does not guarantee the value, future market price, investment potential, grading outcome, pull rate, rarity, or collectibility of any product.

Purchasing collectible products involves market and product risks, and customers are solely responsible for their purchasing decisions.

8. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, Redemption Cards does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for online purchases due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect selection, failure to review a product description, market-value changes, or other circumstances unrelated to an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing their purchase.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipment, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, contact Redemption Cards as soon as reasonably possible.

We may require:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging
  • Photographs of any visible damage
  • Additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue

Do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until you have received instructions from Redemption Cards.

Any resolution will be determined after review of the circumstances and may include replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy where applicable.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

10. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Redemption Cards is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing may be outside our control.

Carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

11. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking indicates that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Redemption Cards may consider the order fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

If a package is reported missing, stolen, or incorrectly delivered, Redemption Cards may assist with a carrier investigation or insurance claim where available. Resolution is subject to the applicable carrier, insurance provider, shipping service, and circumstances of the claim.

12. PAYMENT AND FRAUD PREVENTION

You authorize Redemption Cards and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided for all amounts associated with your order.

We reserve the right to request additional information or verification for an order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.

We may cancel orders that we reasonably believe involve fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity.

13. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact Redemption Cards so that we may attempt to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using transaction records, order information, shipping information, tracking records, communications, photographs, and other documentation available to us.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer's rights under applicable law or the rules of the applicable payment network.

14. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

Redemption Cards reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited activity.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Site, including logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, text, designs, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Redemption Cards LLC or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission.

"Redemption Cards" and associated logos and branding may not be used without authorization.

16. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, testimonials, or other content to Redemption Cards, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

By submitting content, you grant Redemption Cards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for legitimate business, promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.

Redemption Cards reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

Redemption Cards will not use this section to restrict a consumer's lawful ability to provide reviews, comments, or opinions about our products or services.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, shipping providers, social media platforms, or other services.

Redemption Cards does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, content, availability, or security.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

18. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Redemption Cards collects, uses, stores, and shares information in connection with the Site.

19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Redemption Cards does not warrant that:

  • The Site will always be available or uninterrupted.
  • The Site will be error-free.
  • Product information will always be completely accurate.
  • The Site will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
  • Products will meet a customer's particular expectations or intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redemption Cards LLC and its owners, employees, officers, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Site or purchase of products through the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redemption Cards' total liability arising from a transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redemption Cards LLC and its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your unlawful use of the Site;
  • Your misuse of an account;
  • Your violation of another person's rights; or
  • Your fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the applicable state or federal courts located in Nevada.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived or from bringing a claim in a forum required by applicable law.

23. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes directly and in good faith.

A customer may contact Redemption Cards regarding a dispute using the contact information provided on the Site.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency or legally available equitable relief or exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

24. FORCE MAJEURE

Redemption Cards will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, governmental action, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, carrier failures, supplier disruptions, cyber incidents, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Redemption Cards may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Redemption Cards regarding your use of the Site and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
